7 Day Full Body Cleanse

7 Day Full Body Cleanse

STARTING 06/15:This week I am posting a master cleanse that I am trying out for just ONE week. The purpose of this cleanse is to clean out all the bad toxins from my system, train myself in portion control, and lose up to 15 pounds. I am combining two techniques that I have researched, so this hasn’t been proven or tested yet. I will be combining the 3 Day Military Diet with a cleansing water that is said to cleanse, speed up metabolism, and possibly help you shed some pounds. You have to make sure you drink all the detox water required pure day. Don’t cheat on this guys! You can do it, if you really want that bikini body then this is totally worth it, you just have to follow through! Message me and let me know how this goes for you! I will be posting each day a review!

Meal Plan:

Day 1 Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 cup of caffeinated tea or coffee, Detox Water

Day 1 Lunch: 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 1/2 cup of tuna, 1 cup of caffeinated tea or coffee, Detox Water

Day 1 Dinner: 3 oz of any meat (the leaner the better!), 1 cup of green beans, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, Detox Water

Day 2 Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat toast or bread, 1 egg cooked however you like, 1/2 banana, Detox Water

Day 2 Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 hardboiled egg, 5 saltine crackers, Detox Water

Day 2 Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no buns), 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, Detox Water

Day 3 Breakfast: 1 small apple, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers

Day 3 Lunch: 1 slice of whole wheat bread or toast, 1 egg cooked however you’d like, Detox Water

Day 3 Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, Detox Water

Day 4 Breakfast: Homemade apple cinnamon oatmeal ~ 1/4 cup quick dry oats, milk/water to get the consistency you prefer, 1tbsp of cinnamon, 1/2 apple chopped small. cook apples in with oatmeal. Detox Water

Day 4 Snack: ANY FRUIT YOU WANT (melons are best), 15 pistachios, Detox Water

Day 4 Lunch: 1 1/2 cups of broccoli, 1 apple, 1/2 cup of chopped jicama, 2 slices of cantaloup, as much celery as you’d like, 1 1/2 cup edamame beans, Detox Water

Day 4 Snack: 1 handful of roasted chickpeas, Detox Water

Day 4 Dinner: Savory Bean and Spinach Soup (recipe will be after meal plan), Detox Water

Day 5 Breakfast: ~ Same as Day 1 Breakfast ~

Day 5 Lunch: ~ Same as Day 1 Lunch ~

Day 5 Dinner: ~ Same as Day 1 Dinner ~

Day 6 Breakfast: ~ Same as Day 2 Breakfast ~

Day 6 Lunch: ~ Same as Day 2 Lunch ~

Day 6 Dinner: ~ Same as Day 2 Dinner ~

Day 7 Breakfast: ~ Same as Day 3 Breakfast ~

Recipes

Days 1-3 and 5-7: No butter, oils, sugar!

Tuna ~ Garlic powder, onion powder, limited salt, pepper, lots of lemon juice

Meat ~ Depends on what you choose, with chicken marinate it in hot sauce! DELISH! Tilapia or Fish ~ Tumeric, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice. However… No oil when cooking! With chicken cook in chicken broth, Tilapia (fish) lemon juice!

Vegetables ~ I steam all my vegetables and season with garlic and lemon juice

If you truly need it, you can you Stevia to sweeten coffee/tea/grapefruit. Limit use!

Day 4: Load up on fruits and vegetables!

Roasted Chickpeas ~ INGREDIENTS: 2 cans organic garbanzo beans, 2 tbsp coconut oil, garlic salt to taste, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, lemon or lime juice, chopped cilantro. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400F, Drain and rinse garbanzo beans with cold water until water is no longer foamy or cloudy. Drain and pat dry. In a bowl, mix coconut oil and spices, make sure each bean is coated with seasoning. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread out on it and bake for 40-45 minutes possibly more. You want them died and crunchy! Test them out as they go until you find your perfect crunch! Once they have cooled, garnish with cilantro and lemon or lime juice!

Savory Bean and Spinach Soup ~ INGREDIENTS: 3 14-ounce cans of vegetable broth, 1 15-ounce can tomato puree, 1 15-ounce can small white beans drained and rinsed, 1/2 cup of uncooked brown rice, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 tsp dried basil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 2 garlic cloves chopped, 8 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves, finely shredded parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp coconut oil. DIRECTIONS: 1. In a 3 1/2 – 4 quart slow cooker or crock pot, combine vegetable broth, tomato puree, beans, rice, onion, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic and coconut oil   2. Cover; cook on low-heat setting 5-7 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours    3. Just before you serve, stir in spinach and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. ENJOY! (150 calories per serving, 9g protein, 8g fiber)

DETOX WATER 5 LBS IN 7 DAYS: “Jillian Michaels Detox Water” Each day you need to drink 64-74 ounces of this detox water or combined with regular water. INGREDIENTS: 1 gallon of Spring/Mineral/Distilled/Purified water, 4 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of PURE 100% cranberry juice, Dandelion Root Tea or Yogi Detox Tea (I guess its the same type of tea) DIRECTIONS: Boil your water and then stew 2 tea bags then add 4 tbsp of lemon juice to gallon, add 2 tbsp of PURE 100% cranberry juice. Let this cool down / add ice and then DRINK! Drink half a gallon one day and the other half the next. You need to have his for 7 days so make sure you have enough purified water! NOTE: this tea gets your digestion going and with lack of better words will having you using the bathroom. It is CLEANING you out!

DETOX WATER 5-7 LBS IN 7 DAYS: “Sassy Water” Drink 1 gallon in place of water consumption and then by the end of the week should have lost 5-7 pounds! It is going to clean out your colon, just as the last! I have heard you should feel an increase of energy and overall well being as well! INGREDIENTS: 1 gallon of pure water per day, 1 cucumber sliced thin, 2tbsp grated ginger root, 1 whole lemon sliced, 14 mint leaves! DIRECTIONS: Its pretty simple, clean and remove skin & slice your cucumber thin, grate 2 tbs of ginger  root, slice 1 whole lemon, put all ingredients including 14 mint leaves into your pitcher of 1 gallon of water, let this all steep and cool for at least 2 hours! and DRINK.NOTE: this tea gets your digestion going and with lack of better words will having you using the bathroom.
